Microlearning modules are short, single-concept lessons you can finish between meetings. Each one teaches a specific skill, workflow, or concept you can use the same day. They exist because the biggest barrier to AI literacy is not difficulty, it is time.
The AI glossary explains terminology in plain language. Prompts, tokens, context windows, retrieval, agents, fine-tuning, evaluation. No jargon defined with more jargon.
The tools directory is a community-curated list of AI tools organized by category and use case, with plain descriptions of what each one is actually for. Every listing is reviewed before it goes up, and members submit tools they rely on in their own work.
Certifications and credentials are covered separately, with guidance on which paths signal real capability to employers and which do not. Not every certificate is worth the money, and we say so.
