Membership starts at $15 a month and includes free registration for most AI Ready RVA events, access to industry cohorts, member-only learning resources, and a listing in the Richmond AI member directory.
The pricing is deliberate. AI training in the private market runs into the thousands of dollars per seat, which puts it out of reach for the teachers, nonprofit staff, small business owners, and career changers who need it most. Membership revenue is what keeps most of our community programming free or close to it.
Individual membership includes free or discounted registration for the majority of our events, including workshops, cohort sessions, and community mixers. It includes access to all industry cohorts, which are organized around healthcare, education, finance, human resources, marketing, nonprofit operations, product, AI governance, and more. It includes member-only learning paths and resources. And it includes inclusion in the member directory, which people across the region use to find collaborators, speakers, and hires.
Corporate membership works differently. Organizations purchase seats for their teams, which come with event tickets, cohort access for staff, and visibility across our community and at our events. Corporate members are listed publicly. Tiers scale with organization size and level of commitment, and multi-year commitments are available for organizations that want to anchor the region's AI readiness work rather than sponsor it event by event.
Scholarship memberships are available. If cost is the barrier, tell us and we will work it out. We would rather have you in the room.
Membership can be cancelled at any time and payments are processed securely. AI Ready RVA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and the portion of membership dues above the fair market value of benefits received may be tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor.
